Peptide Reconstitution & Dose Calculator (UK)

Free research peptide calculator. Enter your vial size (mg), the volume of bacteriostatic water added (ml) and your target research dose (mcg) to get the concentration and the exact syringe units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe.

How the peptide calculator works

  1. Concentration = vial size (mg) × 1000 ÷ water volume (ml) → mcg per ml.
  2. Volume to draw = target dose (mcg) ÷ concentration (mcg/ml) → ml.
  3. Syringe units = volume (ml) × 100 on a U-100 (1 ml) syringe.

Worked example

A 10 mg vial of BPC-157 reconstituted with 2 ml bacteriostatic water gives 5,000 mcg/ml. A 250 mcg research dose = 0.05 ml = 5 units on a U-100 syringe.

A 30 mg vial of Retatrutide with 3 ml water gives 10,000 mcg/ml. A 2,000 mcg dose = 0.2 ml = 20 units.
